■ Standard Heating Temperature Control
Achieve Ideal Sealing Conditions
The key feature of ONPUL is its ability to set and maintain ideal sealing conditions. Temperature is monitored by a high-sensitivity sensor and controlled by a microprocessor, ensuring precise sealing at the film’s melting temperature, unaffected by ambient temperature or machine heat buildup.
Heating Temperature Setting Range: 90–250°C
Cooling Temperature Setting Range: 60°C to the set sealing temperature*
* Cooling temperature must be set lower than the heating temperature.
Setting it too close may cause insufficient cooling and reduce the service life of components such as the fluoro glass sheet.
■ Easy Vacuum Nozzle Stroke Adjustment

With a sensor, the nozzle stroke can be adjusted via the control unit—no tools required.
Nozzle stroke adjustment range: 10–190 mm (from pressure lever to nozzle tip)

See images of each nozzle length here.

With powder, the ribbon heating element shows a significant decrease in seal strength, while the braided heating element shows only a slight reduction

■ Powder Nozzle Option 6
![]()
LN-1000-10-P
Nozzle-type vacuum requires the nozzle to be positioned close to the product during evacuation.
When handling powders, some material may be drawn into the nozzle, causing product loss.
The powder nozzle features a special structure designed to reduce powder intake during evacuation.
* Structure and specifications of the powder nozzle are patent pending.

■ Cyclone Filter Option 7
![]()
LN-1000-10-F
Powder drawn in through the nozzle is separated from the air by centrifugal force.
Powder-laden air spirals downward inside the cyclone, where centrifugal force causes powder to strike the inner wall and fall, separating them from the air. The narrowed lower section redirects airflow upward, allowing clean air to exit from the top outlet while preventing pump damage caused by powder intrusion.
It also reduces filter element replacement effort.
For ejector evacuation (LNW series), it further minimizes powder discharge from the exhaust port.

■ IoT Function Option 8
