Drive Method

Hand-Operated

Pressure for sealing (printing) is applied by hand.


Foot-Operated

Pressure for sealing is applied by foot pedal.


Electric

Pressure for sealing (printing) is applied electrically.


Electric Air Cylinder Drive

Pressure for sealing is generated by compressed air from a compressor.

Function

Seal Only

Sealing function only.


Vacuum & Seal

Removes air from the bag before sealing.


Vacuum & Gas Flush & Seal

Removes air from the bag and flushes with inert gas before sealing.

Control System

Equipped with Heating Temperature Control System

Enables precise control of sealing temperature. This proprietary technology developed by Fuji Impulse is called ONPUL.

Heating & Cooling Method

Equipped with Heat & Cool Indicator

Hand-operated or foot-operated models equipped with a timer that indicates red during heating and blue during cooling.


Lower-Side Heating

Heats from the lower side.


Lower-Side Heating Model Available

Models with lower-side heating are available.


Upper-Side Heating

Heats from the upper side.


Upper-Side Heating Model Available

Models with upper-side heating are available.


Double-Side Heating

Heats from both upper and lower sides. Ideal for thick films, laminated bags, and gusset bags.


Double-Side Heating Model Available

Double-side heating models are available. Models ending in D or DK (e.g., -5D, -10DK) indicate double-side heating.

Sealing Condition Settings & Storage & Logging

Adjusts Sealing Conditions via the Control Knob

Settings are retained after power OFF unless the knob position is changed.


Retains Sealing Conditions

Sealing conditions set on the control unit are retained after power OFF and restored upon power ON.


Stores Sealing Conditions in Internal Memory

Sealing conditions set on the control unit can be stored and registered (storable patterns vary by model) and recalled after restart.


Measured Sealing Data Can Be Transferred to a PC

Measured sealing data can be saved in internal memory and transferred to a PC via USB.
