Safety Features
Overheat Protection |
If continuous power is supplied to the heating element beyond a set time, the heating circuit will be shut off. |
Sealing Pressure Mechanism |
The seal bar lowers in two stages: first closing with low pressure by spring return force, then applying sealing pressure via a φ63 cylinder. |
Safety Microswitch |
When the seal bar is open (internal microswitch not engaged), the heating circuit is shut off. Even in the event of triac module failure (short circuit), power will not be supplied to the heating element. |
Return Function Upon Abnormality |
During the seal bar first-stage descent, if the foot switch is released, the seal bar opens. |
Automatic Return Upon Abnormality |
If a foreign object (e.g., a finger) is caught during the first-stage descent, preventing the next operation from proceeding, the seal bar returns to its initial position after 4 seconds and displays an error. |
Emergency Stop |
Pressing the emergency stop switch shuts off the power circuit and returns the seal bar to its initial position. |
Error Detection & Display Functions
Heating Element Disconnection Detection |
During heating, if no current is detected due to a heating element break or similar issues, the unit returns to its initial position and displays an error. |
Heating Control Error 1 |
During heating, if no temperature rise is detected, the unit returns to its initial position and displays an error. |
Heating Control Error 2 |
If the set temperature is not reached within 4.0 seconds, the unit returns to its initial position and displays an error. |
Cooling Control Error |
During cooling, if a triac module failure (short circuit) causes a temperature rise, the unit returns to its initial position and displays an error. |
Abnormality During Operation |
During operation, if an abnormality occurs that prevents sensor inputs from being confirmed, the unit returns to its initial position and displays an error. |
